Junior Tyler Hopkins of Georgia Force Blue Knights, in Sugar Hill, GA is our National Homeschool Athlete of the Week!
Tyler led his Georgia Force team to a huge victory over the #10 ranked King's Academy Knights. This is a rivalry with a long and rich history, bu this year the two legendary homeschool squads are in the top ranks of division one homeschool football. The winner comes away assured a top ten recognition, and perhaps a run to the national championship!
It is the tense drama of this back-and-forth shootout which makes Tyler's stats even more impressive. This truly was 48 minutes of mental, emotional, and physical stress.
This was the environment that brought out the best in Tyler. He passed the ball for 241 yards and 4 TDs, no interceptions, and a 132 QB rating. Tyler ran the ball for a crucial red-zone TD.
