There is a massive library of knowledge, experience, and wisdom that gets deposited in the soul of a coach. Where does that treasure go when a coach steps away from the sideline?
The NHFCS desires to tap into that passion for developing young men and building programs which endure for decades to come. As we continue to establish valuable services to the nation's great homeschool football programs, we want to tap into the stores of wisdom that our former coaches have become. It can be a daunting task when a man steps up to the role of coaching homeschool football. Having coaching mentors can greatly help.
  • If you wish to advise other coaches to build football programs, Your help is greatly valued.
  • If you have organizational experience that can assist in building a national homeschool football organization, your ideas and leadership are needed now.
  • If you have a love of statistics and enjoy discovering hidden details within raw data, your assistance is needed.
  • If you possess skills in negotiating solutions for fair and equitable criteria in comparing greatness among distant candidates, homeschool football can use your input.

The NHFCS is looking for regional representation in every segment of the nation. The essential requirement is an unbiased positive attitude. A good coach, while he is leading his team; needs to be focused on making his best case as an advocate of his team.  Former coaches are free of this duty and able to moderate among passionate team leaders.

When grievances need to be addressed, arbitration and diplomacy are valued skills which can move us all past the challenge in a way that respects the views of everyone and is not beholden to anyone.
   The NHFCS is looking for:
  • Regional Advisors
  • Web developers
  • Statistical Analysts
  • Sports Journalists
  • Graphic Artists
