Real Differences Between A Winner And A Loser

To help you and your team develop a winning mindset, here are ten differences between a winner and a loser:
Every day is a battle for life and it is very important that we are fighting for the right things and not wasting our time with trivia.   A winner looks up to where he is going. A loser looks down at those who’ve not yet achieved the position he has.

The Winner sees an answer for every problem; The Loser sees a problem for every answer.
The Winner says," It may be difficult but it is possible"; The Loser says,"It may be possible but it is too difficult."
When a Winner makes a mistake, he says," I was wrong"; When a Loser makes a mistake, he says," It wasn't my fault."

Winners say," I must do something"; Losers say,"Something must be done."
Winners use hard arguments but soft words; Losers use soft arguments but hard words.
A winner says, “There ought to be a better way of doing it”. A loser says, “Why change it – that’s the way it’s always been done”.

Winners stand firm on values but compromise on petty things; Losers stand firm on petty things but compromise on values.
A winner makes mistakes and says, “I was wrong”. A loser says, “It wasn't my fault”.The Winner is always part of the answer; The Loser is always part of the problem.

A winner credits his good fortune for winning even though it wasn't luck. A loser credits his bad luck for losing, but it wasn't luck.
A winner works harder than a loser and has more time. A loser is always ‘too busy’ (too busy staying a failure).
A winner goes through a problem; and a loser goes around it.
A winner shows he’s sorry by making up for it. A loser says he’s sorry but he does the same thing next time.

A winner knows what to fight for and what to compromise on. A loser compromises on what he shouldn't, and fights for what isn't worth fighting for.
A winner says, “I’m good, but not as good as I ought to be”. A loser says, “Well, I’m not as bad as a lot of other people”.
A winner respects those who are superior to him and tries to learn from them. A loser resents those who are superior to him and tries to find fault.

Winners

Winners are a part of the team.
Winners see the gain.
Winners see possibilities.

A winner is responsible for more than his job.
A Winner makes commitments.

.

Winners choose what they say.

Winners make it happen.

The Winner is always finds a solution.

Losers

Losers are apart from the team.
 Losers see the pain.
 Losers see problems.
 Losers see the past.

The Loser says; "That is not my job."
 A Loser makes promises.
 Loser have schemes.
 Losers are like thermometers.
 Losers say what they choose.
 Losers let it happen.

The Loser always has an excuse
